1) In program 1 PLU Price set each item with the price you want it to be when the price increases USE THE Same price band for all items
2) Once all items have a price set
3) Goto program 3 > system programming > scheduler
4) In here you can choose what time and days the prices change
5) If you want it to change manually ensure there is nothing in the scheduler for any day
6) For manual price level changes go to program 3 > Function Keys> Status keys
7) Find a blank status key and set it with the below settings
8) Assign this button to the keyboard and wen pressed will ask you which price level you want to shift to
