If you have ICR Software and also have an Ingenico move 5000 Card Machine, the instructions are as follows:

1. On the Card Machine Press Menu
2. Choose Reports
3. Go to End of Day 
4. Choose Z Read

This information will then be stored in your sales journal, this only takes a few minutes to fix.

If you get a pop-up message that you have run out of memory on the PDQ, then you must do the steps above. 

Once done, the card machine would say complete and you can carry on making transactions.
