Like all machines, sometimes tills can have a mind of their own. But business needn’t stop. Keep taking payments by putting your Payment Sense card machine into standalone mode. This means your card machine will still work, but you’ll need to manually enter the transaction information.

How to turn off integration (standalone mode on)

1. First, press F4 on your terminal.

2. Key in your supervisor password and press ENTER.

3. Select ON to turn standalone on. The card machine will display ‘STANDALONE ON’.

4. Press CANCEL to restart the card machine. You should be able to key in an amount straight from the home screen.

How to turn on integration (standalone mode off)

1. First, press F4 on your terminal

2. Key in your supervisor password and press ENTER.

3. Select OFF to turn off standalone mode.

4. Press CANCEL. This will reset your terminal and connect it to the till.
