1) EPOS Return Policy All items purchased online can be returned within 14 days for a full refund so long as are returned in a resaleable condition (ie with original packaging and with all accessories originally provided)
2) Items returned incomplete or damages will require inspection and the amount returned will be less than the purchase cost.
3) Items returned within 3 months or as ‘Not Required’ will incur a 20% ReStocking Fee
4) Items returned after 3 Months will be subject to authorisation and may not be accepted.
